the service was as disappointing as the unfriendly staff! hopelessly, I had to ask multiple times for a clean room, it was ridiculous, really. and absolutely, no one offered me a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience. I expected a true luxury experience but was instead treated as an afterthought, what a shame! I just couldn't even give a good review.

Aah man, the buffet was lit! Open till late and you can order fresh stuff cooked right there. The animation crew was super entertaining, never had a dull moment, and lekker room with a comfy bed!

Only downside was the sunbed situation, some people hogging them with towels the whole day, bit of a bliksem move.
